Compton ECPH jump schooling this week ๐
2020 bay gelding by Comthago VDL out of Picarla (Pionier x Oldenburg).

His sire Comthago VDL (Comme Il Faut โ Carthago โ Caretino - Constant) is extremely impressive, currently competing successfully at 5* level and recently won silver at the ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ก ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฐ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐ฅ
His dam Picarla (Pionier - Oldenburg) is a career broodmare who combines incredible bloodlines which have resulted in her producing multiple grand prix jumpers overseas prior to her arrival in New Zealand. Her mother Acarla was a phenomenal broodmare who most notably produced Mr Blue. Mr Blue was a World Cup jumper and an Olympic Games mount who also bred many fantastic offspring including one of modern jumping current most popular sires Zirroco Blue VDL.

Rising four-year-old gelding by Jardonnay VDL out of Cincinnati ECPH (Cassiano x Pionier).
He has a beautiful nature and all the attributes you look for in a modern sport horse. He would be a quality eventer or showjumper and with his athleticism and temperament, would equally suit a professional, amateur or young rider.

Lamondo GNZ enjoying a jump at home last week ๐ป
In work and available to be tried, Lamondo is the ultimate schoolmaster and would be an outstanding JR/YR/Pro-AM or all-round mount! He has competed to Grand Prix level showjumping and has previously placed in the Silver Fern Stakes at HOY and the Silver Tour at Takapoto. Recently due to no fault of his own (just not enough room on the truck), he has taken a step back and expanded his CV! He has full wired hunted, been enjoyed by a variety of riders and even been trekking. He has competed at two shows this year and won the 1.20m class at both of them.
He is a lovely horse to have around and we can't believe he hasn't been snapped up. Horses with this experience aren't available often!

We had a great time at Showjumping Waikato as always! All the horses were on good form but Bravado Ego Z in the World Cup was undoubtedly the highlight. Such a class horse, we are looking forward to the rest of the season.

This flashy rising five-year-old has been in the broodmare paddock having a beautiful foal by Pegase Van 't Ruytershof but is now ready to join the competition team!

Lea having a pop around last week at home. Such a fun horse who loves jumping - we can't believe no one has come to see her yet!
She went hunting at Mt Herbert on the weekend (with 125 other horses!) and she was a machine. We can officially tick off 'Full Wire Hunter' โ๏ธ

Great weekend at the National Young Horse Show! This competition is always a season favourite and our young horses did some beautiful jumping.
Topped off today with Bravado Ego Z jumping a lovely double clear to come 2nd in the Grand Prix ๐ฅ also thrilled for Corvette ECPH to pick up a title in the Six Year Old Showhunter Championship ๐ฆ

Our stunning six-year-old Castalea QSH is looking for her new postcode ๐๐
Very good looking mare of beautiful type, white face, and white socks she is extremely eye-catching and gets compliments everywhere she goes. Lea has been slowly produced over the last two seasons, she has all the basics well established and has competed up to 1m. She is very brave and genuine with great technique and plenty of jumping potential. With more time and experience, Lea will be a superb junior rider mount being genuine, clever and competitive. She works well on the flat, is straightforward to ride, does flying changes etc.
Unfortunately, we just have too many horses and not enough time so Lea is looking for a capable young rider to develop her full potential.

Super show at Hof Waterkant in Germany with Bravado Ego Z jumping beautifully in all his classes, even picking up 2nd in the 1.40m speed (video) ๐ฅ
A fantastic end to our time competing in Europe, itโs been so special sharing the last few week with friends, family and Bravadoโs awesome owners.
So happy with Bravado Ego Z at Valkenswaard 4* this weekend. He jumped beautifully and very consistently all week, topping it off with a clear round in the 2* Grand Prix โญ๏ธ
Fantastic event and it was so special having his owners Sue Holden and Fiona Hall there to watch, along with their family.
Now heading to Pinneberg 4* in Germany for our last competition.
