By using Glenara Farm Dog Day Care services you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and services. DAYCARE MEMBERSHIP - ENROLMENT AGREEMENT
For daycare your dog is guara
nteed their scheduled days at GFDDC. We strongly encourage setting your dog up on a regular schedule, as dogs are very routine based and like to know whats going on. BOOKINGS
It is essential to book your dogs into daycare no later than 6pm the day before they are due to arrive. CANCELLATIONS
If your dog is unable to attend their scheduled days, we must be notified of a cancellation at least the day before. PAYMENTS
Payments must be made on the day your dog attends or at the end of your dogs scheduled week. VACCINATIONS
Your dog must have current standard vaccinations. Your dog must be treated for fleas and worms and this must be kept up to date. BEHAVIOUR
Your dog must be generally well socialised with other dogs to attend. GFDDC may be able to help with further training or assistance. All dogs must be non-egressive and not toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have
not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or any
other dogs. DOG SECURITY
The security of your dog is very important to us therefore your dog will only be released to the owners or named contacts. DOG HEALTH
Should your dog become unwell or injured we will seek the nearest vet treatment and will of course contact you. You also accept responsibility for treatment costs and that we will proceed as the “guardian” of your dog in the absence of being able to get hold of you. You acknowledge and understand there are certain risks involved in participating in day care and that GFDDC will not be liable for any injury or illnesses resulting during your dogs attendance. We take the safety of all dogs in our care extremely seriously and we appreciate your compliance and understanding with our requirements. IDENTIFICATION
Your dog must wear an identification tag and be registered with your local council. DAYS AND HOURS
GFDDC is open from 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Unless by prior arrangement. We are closed Public Holidays. GFDDC offers overnight stays, please inquire if this is a service you are needing. GENERAL
GFDDC may use any photos or video footage of your dog for our website, social media or marketing purposes. Rules and Regulations are subject to change at any time without notification. PRICES
Please note, we require payment on the same day of service or at the end of your dogs scheduled week. Payments to be made by internet banking to: Glenara Farm #38-9023-0667642-01

Full Day Session (7am - 5.30pm) $30.00
Half Day Session (7am - 12pm or 12pm - 5.30pm) $20.00
Anything over 5.5 hours will be charged at the full day rate. Overnight stays and boarding taken on a case by case bases. Dogs stay in a home environment not in outdoor kennel.
