Our facility offers a fun and safe place for your dog to enjoy while you're away on holiday or at work. We offer a home stay for dogs with daily walks as part of our day care and dog-sitting services. Our furry guests enjoy socialisation with other friendly dogs, afternoon naps in our lounge and the coziness and safety of always having human friends around to give them cuddles. We invite your dog

This sweet big potato joined us on Friday for a trial, and we’re thrilled to have him back again on Wednesday! 🐾

Cody went on a leaded walk through the forest with some of our regulars, and he absolutely nailed it — calm, polite, and strolling like a true gentleman. 🌲🐶

We can’t wait to see more of this handsome boy at daycare and hope he’ll be joining our pack regularly! 💛

✨ A big thank you to Mack & Fletcher’s mom for trusting us to walk these goofballs while she was on holiday!

Even though we only had 3 walks together 😞, we made the most of every moment. On-leash or off-leash, Mack (the Black Lab) and Fletcher (the Boxer) were an absolute joy—whether it was just the two of them or with the whole gang. They even helped a couple of new dogs settle in and get used to group walks. 💛🐾

It’s always hard to say goodbye, but hopefully we’ll see those adorable faces again 🙏🏼. Until then, can’t wait for more adventures with you boys in the New Year! 🐶✨

Anna & Blair: the Story of how Rocky & Co. came to be.

We began dog sitting in 2014 when we lived in Redwood, Christchurch. Our idea was to offer a pet-sitting service with a “family experience”, as in the dogs that we looked after would stay with us inside the house (no cages or kennels) and would go on daily walks with me.

First, it was called Anna & Rocky Pet Care because we only had Rocky then. As the number of furry clients grew, it became a dream for both Blair and I to have a larger property where we could look after more dogs. In 2015, we purchased our current property in Clarkville, Kaiapoi. We also adopted Wookie in the end of 2015 and Jack in January 2017. Therefore, the name of the business had to change to something that would include all our dogs and their new friends. Rocky & Co. Pet Care was born!

We now have a large grassed area for the dogs to play and run around during the day.

And at night time, the dogs sleep inside the house in our lounge on any of our several dog beds and couches.
