To All our loyal customers and dearly loved cats, birds and rabbits, this weekend we have decided to close Grandmas Paradise Cattery as at 31 July due to the passing of our Mum Lin and Tony's deteriorating health. As a family , we are hoping to re open but this is unknown. We are sadly unable to accomodate any future bookings. Thank you for your custom over many years, we do hope you understand and we will advise just as soon as we may be in a position to reopen Grandma's Paradise Cat Motel. 🐈🐾🐱 From Big Tony, Toni and Shannon.

Tahiti is enjoying Grandma's Paradise. Climbing up to see whats happening outdoors and checking out the place during room service. Very inquisitive. 🐈😻 And so cuddly.

Time flies two years ago Juno (Moppy) was with us. What a gorgeous kitten, needed love, nutrition and a safe home. Georgia gave Moppy a forever home. 💝🐾.
SPCA has other lovely cats and kittens deserving a forever home - share the love. 😻

Is your tortoiseshell kitty missing in Clive??

Good morning, wonderful locals! We need your help again. This lovely little female was found next to the main road at the beginning of clive. She’s done well over night but would like to go home. Please share so we can re-unite her with her owners ASAP

1000 Day Plus Club 🥇
Rosie is 17 years old and first started holidaying with us as a small kitten having just had her full set of vaccinations.
Rosie now stays in the Senior Accomodation unit with large ground floor area, thermal mat, sleeping box and wet food, although missing quite a few teeth, she loves a little crunchie treat. She is a cute wee girl.

If you are thinking of Covid vaccines for your next holiday to Australia or Cook Islands? Please don't forget to have your cats annual vaccinations (cat flu /feline HIV) flea and worm treatments up to date before booking their accomodation with us while you are away.
Pet passports or vaccination certificates required. Look forward to seeing you soon.

Overnight at Kaikoura waterfront apartments then checking out fur seals before at Dolphin Encounter Kaikoura where Tony was NOT swimming with the dolphins, however we were all happy to see the Grandies swimming and frolicking with the dolphins. Feeling thankful that the day was calm.

The Cattery is closed for a brief annual holiday in the South Island. Reopening on Thursday 13/5/21. Tony catching up with Hewett grandchildren after 2 planes, a ferry, fantastic scenery and arriving at a perfect location. THANKS to Furneaux Lodge Resort and Cougar Line - Marlborough Sounds Ferry for helping make this possible.
