We rescue animals from harmful situations, attend hundr

SPCA Hawke's Bay has the power to protect all animals from abuse, neglect, and abandonment, including prosecuting people under the Animal Welfare Act 1999. This cold and rainy day is making us a little irritable, too! Fortunately you are tucked up warmly inside where your coat and whiskers can stay dry.

Marlon will soon be on the hunt for a forever home, preferably with experienced Persian owners, as this breed is known for having particular health and grooming requirements. He would love to be an only pet, being doted on like the dapper prince he is. 👑

🌟Matariki Open Evening 🌟

We are open from 4pm - 7pm tonight for a special adoption evening.

And Murphy's Law, because its a public holiday, we have technical difficulties with our eftpos machine 😭, so all our adoption fees will need to processed online via our adoption website or in cash at the centre.

But please don't let this stop you 🐾Our cats and kittens are so excited to see you all 😻

🌟🌟Matariki Evening Open Night🌟🌟

We are excited to be opening for a special adoption evening, this Matariki Friday from 4pm - 7pm.

We have 7 very special cats that are ready and waiting for their 'purrfect' homes. After a long journey, lots of medication and isolation, our long stay residents now have their own room, eagerly awaiting visitors.
