Golden Shelter Arabians congratulates Catherine Whyte on taking out the NZAHS Derivative Breeder of the year award⭐️Starzia Park Royalance and Starzia Park Elegance. Both of these gorgeous horses are out of Catherine’s beautiful derivative mare Aquila Cassini and by our resident sire Chelleason Jullyani aus (G*i el Jullyen USA x Coolrain Essence of Gold) - who was runner up to Chelleason Sky Hawk aus for NZAHS Purebred Sire of the Year 🤩 an achievement we are so proud of!
Jullyani is the sweetest boy we are so proud of what he has achieved, now rising 18ys - not sure where that time has gone! 💙💙💙we hope to see more offspring on the ground by him in the future 😁

In our September issue we chat to dressage riders Julia Latham and Liana Erard, about the fifth season of the Flying Horse Arabians in Dressage League; the national dressage series for registered Arabian and derivative horses, supported by the New Zealand Arabian Horse Society and Dressage NZ.

This year, the series includes introductory and training classes to encourage more Arabian horses and their riders to take-up dressage. Enter at Evo Events, and give it a go this season!

We are absolutely delighted to have been told Willowvale Saarfari (Eastwinds Axiom aus x Dellmont Andy’s - Ralvon Pilgrim) has been awarded the very prestigious Supreme Roll of Merit for Led, Ridden and progeny at the recent NZAHS agm 💜💕💜 what an incredible achievement for our special boy. We wish we could celebrate it with him bit we will definitely celebrate with a wine and so many amazing moments and memories Saar has given us over the years ⭐️ here’s to you Saarfari 🍷 ⭐️🎉
