I get asked alot what do I feed my dogs? As most of you know, I raw feed which has so many health benefits for your much loved fur members 🥩🐕
Next question is where do I purchase it from...

A heartfelt thanks to those that donate food, items, and add extra in there cost to help the dogs and cats that aren't fortunate to have found their forever home 🥺, Thank you, your kindness is never forgotten 💗

As you all know i try my best to keep my prices down, but sadly with the cost of supplys and maintenance on my tools, blades, scissors etc, im having to increase them.

Prices may change depending on your dogs coat.

Full groom small dog $60
Full groom medium $70
Full groom Large $90
Full groom XL $110

Deshedding of dogs will be quoted on appointment.

Bath and blowdry, nails and pads cleaned for small to large is $40-$70.

Nails $10

Matts and knots will require a $20 extra fee.
Please rebook regularly to prevent this from happening, i dont like charging extra.

A cancellation fee is now added, if you need to change appointment please let me know 24 hrs before or a 50% fee is charged.

**Community Rehome**

Teddy 🧸
Breed: Shihtzu Llhasa Apso
Age: 3 years
Teddy is a lovely boy. He has been with us since a puppy and has a special personality.
He is very handsome, has a beautiful, thick coat that rarely knots. Teddy needs to be groomed every few months, he is non-shedding and considered a hypo allergenic breed.
Teddy loves walks, and is a social boy.
Teddy has a few health issues, at 2 years of age he had xrays and it was found he has short ulner syndrome, which means the bones in his front legs havent grown as they should. Sadly he has the beginnings of arthritis in his legs and this causes him some pain. He has 2 tablets morning and night and a monthly injection to help with the discomfort. We also use ramps and stairs for Teddy to get onto couches and beds. And try to stop him jumping off furniture.
Teddy is also on a diet, reduced meals to decrease his weight.
The new home for Teddy would ideally have no cats and he would be the only dog.
Teddy is up to date with his vaccinations.

I really admire owners that bring there Pups in at a early age and regularly have there nails done, ears cleaned after a bath and blowdry.
Having your pups introduced early from 4months onwards is a great way to desensitize them, having them use to their feet been picked up and touched.
Nothing more benefit than keeping those nails clipped and filed down to prevent the pressure going up to the bone causing pain, with the dog then trying to relieve the pain by dropping there wrist which in turn stretches the ligaments.
Short nails also result in better body posture! Long nails can cause a dog to shift his body posture in a abnormal way.

We made it whanau! Level 3 👏 4 Paws Dog Grooming is open and contactless.
When you arrive at the gate there will be a clean disinfected crate for you to put your dog in. You may remove and take collar and lead with you before locking the crate door shut, or you can leave it on and I will wipe it with a safe disinfectant for your dog. Please sign in using the QR code on the gate. Il’l be ready with fresh gloves, mask and a apron waiting a few metres away so your dog isn't waiting alone or gets upset when you leave. Once you have left, I will then remove them from the crate and make an immediate start 💙

All appointments booked ahead of these last few weeks will remain as is and those that had to be cancelled have been booked in. If you have missed out or would like a booking please feel welcomed to PM me.

Looking really forward to hanging out with my furry little friends again 🥰🐾🐾

We went for a lovely drive to Whatawhata last week and meet these two gorgeous gals 🐱, Pepper a 15 year old Tortoiseshell doing amazingly well for her age and so well looked after ❤, had all those matts and knots removed, brushed out all loose under coat. Coming into spring you will find there under coat shedding, needing a brush. Grooming gloves work well if your cat doesnt like to be brushed. Start at the top of there heads down to there tails and a must for their belly, chest and neck too 🐈☺️

My teenager looked over my shoulder at gorgeous Tillys after pic and said "Is that real?" Of course i gave him the 🤨 look, in which he replied "It looks like a cute creature i want to create on my game" 🙄🤦‍♀️😂 Boys!!! But isnt that face just sweetest ❤

🌬Its Cold, wet and muddy 🌦... does your dog care about being dirty and stinky?
No 😁! But not only is it a great time of the year to book your dogs in, your Doggies will enjoy a warm bath, shampoo and conditioned, blowdry, nails trimmed and ears cleaned. They will leave 4 Paws smelling amazing whilst letting there natural shine come through🤩
Check out Eva below, sun on her in the before and in the after no sun, yet you can see her shine and imagine how clean she feels, cuddles are on! 🤗💜
