Summer is soon to arrive and we are so excited to reopen our treks for you all to enjoy and rediscover the beautiful ranges and river streams of the Puketi Forest. Our team would also like to announce the new services that we have added to our business….

MOBILE FARRIER:
Have you been looking for someone to shoe your horse? No worries! Our team has a well experienced Farrier that can come straight to your horses stable to provide hoof care services, we also provide the right shoes to fit any types of horses hoofs so there is no need to go out of your way to buy them yourself.�It is safe to say that we are one of the highly recommended. HORSE SHOEING LESSONS:
Have you ever wanted to learn how to shoe your own horse? Our Farrier can teach you the right technique on how to shoe your horse. In just two days you will know

1. How hold your horses hoof correctly when putting on the shoe.
2. How to clean the hoof without damaging the inside of the hoof.
3. And most importantly how to use the shoeing tools correctly and safely.
4. Last but no least you will also learn the functional anatomy of an horses hoof so it can help you have a guide when shoeing your horse.

HORSE TRANSPORTATION:
Wanting to take your horse for a ride somewhere new to experience new scenery but you have no float, we now have our very own Waihou Valley Horse Float for Hire!! We charge by the hour and the amount of Kilometres you drive.

PIG HUNTING:
Come along for your very first 8 hour pig hunt (horse back) with one of our highly trained team members Wyatt.

It was such a great pleasure to be apart of the horseman shoeing course, and to met the horse shoeing legend in person Grant Davan. I walked away from this course learning a few tips & tricks on not only horses, but for myself as an individual. I was thrilled to be apart of this wonderful group and apply the knowledge that I learnt, in my daily life.
