Just a Crazy cat lady rescuing cats. A local non -profit Cat rescue, based out of Putaruru.

Hoping to eventually lessen the amount of unwanted litters born and abandoned every year, and to find loving homes for those already in care. With over 15 years experience, ever step taken is to ensure the utmost care of our charges. If you need help with stray or wild kittens, do not hesitate to get in contact with us, for if we cannot help, we can most certainly refer you to someone who can.

This sweet girl has come SO far in her time with me, and she is ready to find a home of her own. A Little wary at first, she has come to realise couch cuddles are actually the best thing??
Food, treats and patience are the way to the way to this girls heart, she just needs someone to take a chance on her and give her the life she so deserves ❤️

Would you be willing to take a chance on him? He would love a home of his own. While he's wary of strangers, once he knows you're not going to hurt him, he starts to warm up ❤️
All he needs, is one person to give him that chance to show how wonderful he truly is ❤️

As we wind down 2024, I just want to say thank you for all of your support this year, and that whatever you find yourself doing this new years eve, that you're safe and having fun ❤️
A wee throwback to new year eve 2015, when a mama cat and her three wee ones came into care, with the smallest weighing a mere 80g at 10 days old. The odds were stacked against him, and his chance for survival was low. But we know how stubborn I am 😆

It's our 10TH BIRTHDAY!!
I tried to make a wee collage of a few of my faves, you know, the ones that just tugged a bit harder on the ol' heartstrings 😆 but it got too hard! So enjoy this very small selection of pics of some of the extra special cats and kittens that have come through over the last decade 🥰

The Voyager crew are doing well 😍 B'lanna here looking like she's been spritzed with water but that's just her fever coat growing out 🥰
These guys will be ready AFTER Christmas.

Trust is a two way street. I don't yet trust her to explore on her own just yet, there are too many places she could hide 😂 so baby steps, she was mostly content with being next to me on the couch til she realised there was more beyond 😂❤️ Shar

In this house we are P A S S I O N A T E about biscuit making 😤

She's getting more confident every day ❤️ I can pick her up and put her in a carrier when it's time to clean her pen without any freak outs, comes to the door of the pen to observe everything, has found her voice, and thinks jingly cat toys are the BEST She's very interested in the other cats and what they're up to❤️ And excuse her mess, I was behind schedule this morning on my 'rounds' and she likes to party when no one's around 😂 Shar

Do you remember our sick little voidling, Wyll? He's doing so much better and is on the hunt for a home of his own. He's rather aloof when it comes to people right now, he's not afraid, hes just doing his own thing 😂 so if you're looking for a mate who won't be all up in your business all the time, and you have another cat to be his companion, then he's your guy ❤️
