It's been awhile since you had an update on Cashs adventures. Unfortunately Stevie had been really unwell but is back at it now.
So much success with float training and look who is so super smart in their Canter for Cancer rug we accidentally bought last year being the wrong size for another of our babies.
Dentist is booked in and the vet to do his gelding. Cash isnt to far from coming home.

Cash was an absolute super star on his adventures, taking everything in along the way including any food he could find🤦‍♀️
He is absolutely amazing, Stevie is doing a wonderful job alongside Morgan Chandler-Bruce Equestrian.
Next steps are learning to load onto the truck for even bigger adventures.

Espresso makes the best lead by example to Cash, helping him to venture into the big wide world.
Today their plan is a bigger adventure with alot more new things to explore.
I cant wait to hear of their adventures today.

Day 24:
Hard to believe that Cash has been with us for only 24 days!!!
Today had more learnings with Stevie soaking up every opportunity the learn more about handling these beautiful animals.
The many hours she spends at the yards is paying off.
Cash is a pretty cool boy.

Today they worked on getting Cash ready for a lead rope. Adventures are not to far away for these 2.

Been awhile since we updated, Cash has been such a good boy flying ahead in his milestones and is now haltered. We still need to get photos. Stevie is looking forward to adding a lead rope to get our on adventures real soon.

Day 13: Cash and Stevie doing some amazing work and lots more learnings. Stevie and morgan did some energy work and released trapped emotions which has made a big difference in Cashs response to questions Stevie is asking of him.

Day 11: Stevie has been learning trapped emotions, which she is finding very interesting. Cash is still learning all his milestones and doing a great job with his cheeky nature.
Stevie is helping Morgan with all the horses at the moment and learning so much.
I even had 2 come up to me which I was able to touch.

Days 8 and 9 were rest days for the duo. Cash processing all his learnings and Stevie doing her school work to enhance her learnings.

Day 10: Today was about remembering what he learnt before his break. Revisiting all the areas of touch with a new milestone of touching his back hooves.
He remembered about his kisses and couldn't leave the session without his affection reward.

Day 7: I got to watch Stevie and Cash have this session on Saturday. Hard to believe its been 1 week since the boys all arrived. I'm not sure who loves who the most but you can tell they certainly have a bond.
Sunday was a day off for Cash as Stevie had Pony
club prizegiving. She popped down to check that he was ok this evening when we dropped off their feed for the week. Thanks to Cameron getting them all fed and tucked up for the night

This time last week the boys had just arrived into Paparoa.
I cant thank Morgan Chandler-Bruce Equestrian enough for making this dream come true for Stevie. Everything just perfectly fell into place.
A big thank you to Feed2U who is sponsoring Cash with his feed and to Simone who also generously gave the girls use of her yards to handle the horses.
Stevies plan is to get Cash to equifest to compete in the junior competition in October 2024

Day 6: Today Stevie was able to get the whip touching right down Cashs leg. She is working on prehaltering.
Went into town to get a pony size halter for when she is ready for this milestone.
Exciting times ahead

Day 5: Stevie and Cash are really bonding more and more each day.
I popped down for a bit and got to watch the most amazing thing, Espresso Morgans 12 year old Stallion get a halter put on him after day 5. In my head was something abit like the tv shows but it was the most calm experience I've seen, even Billy puts up more of a performance.
While I was there Stevie was on photo duty and some of the other boys in the pen thought they would say hi to Stevie lol so I grabbed a couple of photos

What a bond these two are creating, I am absolutely loving watching this process and enjoy watching Stevies face light up she talk about her day.
She did some learning around energy field which she is finding very interesting

Cash has processed to first touches on the neck with Stevie, now working towards getting them on the right side also

Day 2: Cash is a clever cookie wanting to excel in his classes. The morning session started with him rubbing into the whip so eager to become friends. While I was at work Stevie messaged to say he gets bored easily and needs to be challenged.
I was fortunate enough to watch the afternoon session where in no time at all Cash was rubbing Stevies outreached arm. Thanks Morgan for these amazing photos
