Having working dogs in the pack… when I say “I have eyes in the back of my head” this is what I mean.
We spend a lot of time watching dogs. Because there is a lot to be learned from them. Seeing how the pack and dogs you trust respond to another dog or something that might seem harmless goes a long way. What the pack reacts to gives far more insight into dog behaviour and what is and isn’t okay than we as humans could hope to have otherwise.
I only step in once- to call Zak back from engaging Shadow while Morri is working.
