Good morning everyone! We are opening for pick-your-own chestnuts this weekend. Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Chestnut Meadows is at 68 Taipan Place, Alfriston - last property at the end of the lane. This might be our only open weekend, the season is short, so enjoy them while you can!

Wow - this little guy found our biggest chestnut of the season so far - weighing in at a whopping 43gms! We are open again for pick-your-own tomorrow- anyone that can beat the 43gm record gets a free kg of chestnuts to take home!

We will open for Pick-your-own this Sunday, from 10am to 4pm. The rainy summer has been amazing for our chestnut trees and the nuts are fantastic this year! Please share this post with anyone who might love fresh chestnuts, the season is only 3-4 weeks and they are too good to miss this year.

I've just picked the first bucket of chestnuts for the season and they are gorgeous! We're not quite ready to open for pick-your-own yet, but in the meantime you can buy a pre-picked bag for $10 per kilo. Quantities are limited but the quality is amazing.
