Monday and Tuesday - Jumping Clinic lessons. Focus on rhythm and technique.

Wednesday - Jump Start - Show Hunter focus

Thursday - Ribbon Day - Fun classes from lead rein up

Plenty of safe float/truck parking, farm hacking, fibre indoor arena with a course of quality jumps/fill and two outdoor sand arenas. As well as a round yard and beautifully maintained facilities all round for all to enjoy.

We’ve had some great turnout the last couple of weeks here at Sunvalley. It’s awesome to have the support and be able to share this amazing space we have.

Unfortunately, it’s been noticeable how many people are abusing the use of the grounds.
So we thought it timely to share the rules of use and ensure everyone is on the same page. It’s really disappointing for us to see, as horse people we all know the etiquette expected at venues, and ours is no different.

🔴 The stable block is strictly out of bounds - Unless you have a horse stabled and paid for the use, NO ONE is to enter the stable block area for any reason(Aside from use of the toilet, IF there are no Porta Loos on site at the time)

🔴 Pick up after yourself and your horse! Several areas have been left with poo and hay, just unacceptable.

🔴 All muck and hay is to be disposed of in our muck heap, or taken with you. Our muck heap is easily accessible next to the outdoor yards.

🔴 Stick to the area you are using. If you are at a clinic or show using a specific arena or you have paid for hire of a certain arena, please do not expect this means you are open to use of all other facilities. We often have things in motion or planned for other areas on the property, as well as H&S aspects of use, we do not allow free hacking around farm or using other arenas unless hired/paid for or included use as part of warmup areas for shows. Areas that are out of bounds will now be locked and/or gated.

🔴 Booking arena - If you book the indoor for a period of time, please ensure you stick to this time or book a longer space.

🔴 If ANYTHING is broken while you are here, this needs to be reported immediately to Danielle or Cat. This ensures everything remains in workable condition for all.

🔴 Leave everything the way you found it! We have spent many many hours tidying up, moving items around, and generally picking up after people. This should not be happening. Organisers do not want to be cleaning up yards long after you’ve gone. Be respectful of these amenities and the people behind the scenes.

🔴 Please leave the jumps how you found them. If you want to change striding or set up something different, please put everything back to how you found it(Height of jumps is ok to be left how you finish)

🔴 Signs will be put up over the next few weeks as reminders for all visitors. We will ensure these are visible and easy to understand.

Want to compete but unsure of the rules or even how to warm up properly?

Perhaps you have a young or nervous horse and need some practice riding in a controlled group… this is the day for you!

Build confidence before the season begins.

Groups of 2-3 horses in the ring together. The coaches will take you through your jump warm up, then you jump a round.

Practice being at a show without the pressure of being at a show.
