Cooler morning so we had a walk in the olive grove by the dry Taylor river. The olive trees each have a name on them for a service man that never came home.

Our wonderful Nadia past away in her sleep last night age 10 years and 6 months. She was on holiday with her granddaughter Faith, staying with Karen who has her daughter Indie. She was cuddled up to Indie at the time.

Last puppy from the Muchlarnick litter, going to her new home on Saturday, out saying goodbye to a few friends.

If you drive out of Looe and turn down a lane there's an old Farm called Muchlarnick. As an only child a woman inherited it when her parents died. When she married she found her husband was a violent man and beat her. Eventually she had evidence and took him to court but the judge didn't accept it. The only thing she could do was move out leaving him with what he wanted, the farm. The farm is rundown now with an eerie feeling to it. I believed after she died she haunted the farm until he'd gone. I've never forgotten her and so named this litter of 11 pups Muchlarnick.

Just a reminder everyone now the weather is getting warmer, we never shave a Berners. The double coat keeps them cool in summer as well as warm in winter. Also please don't put a groomer in a difficult position by asking because if you have a pup from me they will be in as much trouble as you will if she does it. Lol photo for cuteness to get your attention.
