Hi! 👋

A little bit about those behind the scenes here at Rafter H!

We are a family of 5 based on 40 acres out the back of Waimate, South Canterbury, and love life on our little slice of paradise.

We started Rafter H Horsemanship well over a year ago now 😲 and are loving producing well rounded horses for our clients

Nye is always striving to learn more and is enjoying teaching others, sharing his knowledge that he has gained over the years - It really is true that it seems to be the more you know, the less you know about horses!

In our quiet 😂 time we compete on the NZ Rodeo circuit in the team Roping together, and Andrea and the girls in the Barrel Racing, with Nye being a past NZ Team Roping Heeling Rookie and Open Champion. The family also dabbles in some pony club activities, and the odd hunt with our local clubs when we have the time 🤠
