The STDC pound have no facility at the pound to test tolerance to cats.
She definitely is a playful girl who loves being the centre of attention.

STILL SEARCHING FOR A HOME - Toby went on a trial earlier this week. His hosts loved having him around, but Toby was a bit too curious about their cats (who did not approve), and so he’s still available for adoption. Our thanks to the lovely people who took him for a little holiday. Knowing Toby, it would have been a hard decision to make.
Toby is such a sweet dog. Super friendly but doesn't jump up on people, would be good with your other dogs, has basic training, and a lovely nature. Toby is an 18 months old heading dog cross. He's a big fella and a real softie.

Additional Info : This smiley girl definitely lives up to her name, being a very relaxed, happy dog. She's around 1 year old and good with other dogs and humans, responding well to affection. She is around medium size, is in excellent condition and is quite a little homebody. She would make for a great family dog as she's great around adults and kids.

Breed : Mastiff x French Bulldog
Colour : Tan

Additional Info : This friendly little girl is an adult dog who recently had a litter of pups and is now looking for her forever home. Dawn has experience around children and adults, making her a perfect family dog. When she first meets you she gets very excited but after a good walk and some attention she settles. She still needs a bit of training but knows basic commands such as sit.

Lizzy is calmer than her sister Lexi, also shy when you first meet her. Lizzy gets on well with other dogs but prefers her favourite humans. Lizzy also needs training and exercise; we don’t know how she goes with cats or stock. Lizzy is a super sweet cuddly girl waiting for her forever home.

Mitzi is a sweet playful girl. She knows some basics commands and will require someone who has the time to continue her training and give her the love that she needs. If you are looking for a cuddly dog Mitzi is the one. She loves nothing more to snuggle up and get attention from her humans.

Blue is relaxed and quiet. He gets on well with other dogs but prefers people company. Blue needs more training, but with his calm demeanour he is very easy to have around. If you want a big cuddler this is your guy. He will need exercise, and we don’t know what he is like with cats or stock.

Hi, I’m Sparkles. I’m a nearly 2-year-old medium sized staffy - with maybe some whippet in there too.
Sadly, I’ve found myself at the Levin Pound.
The team here are pretty taken with me.
I AM a gorgeous looking girl, with beautiful skin and teeth.
Most importantly though, I’m very loving and affectionate – the type, the team say, that would be very loyal to their human.
It’s true. I’m very bonded and respectful towards people. I always come when called too.
Tragically, I’ve been waiting TWO MONTHS to find a loving home.
The pound team really can’t understand it. I have the biggest kindest heart.
I can be a little dominant with lady doggies but I’d enjoy sharing my home with a cruisy male or living solo.
If you’re looking for a sweet loving and devoted friend to share walks with, that’ll enrich your days, I really hope you’ll consider me.
I’ve been here far too long and it’s quite heartbreaking.

Blue is relaxed and quiet. He gets on well with other dogs but prefers people company. Blue needs more training, but with his calm demeanour he is very easy to have around. If you want a big cuddler this is your guy. He will need exercise, and we don’t know what he is like with cats or stock.

Paddy is a beautiful girl; she has some basic training. Although she tolerates other dogs, she prefers the company of humans. Paddy will need exercise and will thrive with love and attention; she loves her food, obviously. We are not sure what she is like with cats or stock.
