HOUSE SITTERS WITH 38 5/5 REVIEWS AND OVER 60+ HOUSE SITS
Hello, pet owners!
We are a married couple in our 30s who treat house sitting as a profession. Non-smokers who have been house sitting in NZ for almost 4 years. We are NZ residents now and are returning to NZ in late January after visiting home and we're excited to return to house sitting! We have finished 60+ house sits with the opportunities to watch: - dogs, cats, fish, chickens, cows, horses, pigs, and goats. We have collected eggs, raw fed, administered daily medicated baths and medication. Pets usually sit next to me while I'm working and I love the company! We love to explore the local area with dogs and cuddle at home with cats! I have personally owned: dogs, cats, birds, rats, snakes, rabbits, and a turtle.
I am an online teacher working from home that loves having a house full of animals. My husband and I are house sitting while saving to buy a home and we love being able to live in different areas of the city. We are based in Auckland, as Mayank works here as a technical manager for an insurance brokerage in the CBD but he also has work-from-home flexibility. I have been in New Zealand for 4 years and Mayank has been here for almost 8 years. We have many repeat house sits as pet owners are quick to have us return for their next trip!
Why book a couple? If one of us happens to be ill then the other would take up the slack. It also means there is always someone at your home keeping it secure!
I have taken care of rental properties including pool maintenance and yard service. I love working outside and have some experience working with wild animals as I have volunteered for zoos and worked outside on a butterfly farm, as well.
House sitting has been a great opportunity for us and we treat it as such. We're dedicated to keeping your home and pets safe while you're away!
