Hey everyone!

I’ve been getting a ton of questions about Oakfield and whether we’re opening up for the rest of the year. While I wish I had better news, we’re still not in a position to reopen Oakfield as a riding school. Right now, our beautiful grounds are available for hire and grazing adjustments.

If you’re interested in ground hire or want to get on our grazing waitlist, drop me a message!

Would all trophy’s from the Oakfield prize giving be able to be returned please, by the 1st Dec 2024

Our lovely Ally Belly has gone for a trip to a awesome riding school, while we are closed to continue her teaching powers.

She’s been out of work for her hoilday break and deffiently has the belly to show it! I’m sure if any of our riders that loved her, could message West Melton riding school, and continue your learning and keep an eye on the fatty for me 😉❤️

I’m am sad to announce that Oakfield riding school will be closing down for winter (term2/3) with the potential of re opening in summer (term 4). So keep an eye out on posts.

The last week of lessons will be 25th-28th of March.

With the last day of operation on the 28th of March.

There will be an automotive text out to all curent clients, no need to reply (unless wanted too).

On the lookout for another coach to join our team due to the growth of our school.

The ideal candidate will be 18 years plus, mature and have a driver's licence. Be bubbly, and be knowledgeable in equestrian sports and horses. Be able to think proactively, coach a range of students, plan lessons and uphold our values here at Oakfield Equestrian.

Coaching horsemanship, dressage, show jumping and cross country. Beginners to advanced riders of all ages.

We strive to be a friendly, calm and empowering facility!

Hours are flexible but mainly between 2pm-6pm MONDAY - FRIDAY & 9am-4pm SATURDAY. Plus the odd Sunday work.

I hope everyone is enjoying the last week before Christmas!

Please note that normal Weekly lessons are now closed, due to the kid's camp, prize giving etc running this week! YAY

Normal Weekly Lessons will start back up on the 15th JAN 2024

We still have spaces for casual one-off lessons today and tomorrow. :) and also space for children to attend camp.

**PLEASE NOTE- WED 20th "teenagers day" is now open for all ages**

Hey team!

As some of you are aware, I’ve been in hospital for the last week or so with my son fletch. He’s been extremely unwell 😞 we have an amazing hospital team looking after him.

Super sorry if there is delays, lessons shuffled, or coach changes. Please bare with us! Things will return to normal very soon 🤞

Nicole has been taking over running and taking on the responsibility of Oakfield- I can not be more impressed with her leadership and steping up! So please thank her when you see her around 😉

Adam (dad) has also been running around doing feeding out/ maintaining day to day operations at Oakfield- so again a huge thank you needed there!

Not sure when I’ll be back - miss you all, please any serious questions/ situations I still have my phone on me so leave a voice message or a text and I’ll respond when I can.

Any day to day things flick our page a message and Nicole will respond ❤️

Horses are extremely well looked after, not over worked and loved by many!

Sponsors to sponsor trophy’s, so Oakfield can start holding annual prize givings each year for the pupils.

Each pupil will receive a Certificate.

And the following trophy’s will be handed out:

- Best overall improvement
- Dressage
- Jumping
- Best junior (under 13yr)
- Best intermediate (14yr-20yr)
- Best senior (20yr plus)
- Most dramatic fall
- Horsemanship plaque
- Helper

If you sponsor a trophy 🏆 it will be like this: (you or a business can sponsor) trophy’s prices $50-200.
