Kihi’s Kiwifruit Chips
When two little boys discovered their pet cockatiel loved dried kiwifruit chips, a little dream started. Kihi’s Kiwifruit Chips – treats for Cockatiels and Parrots.
Logan (8) and Torsen (6) are learning all about how to create a small enterprise with hands-on learning with the help from Mum (Rebecca) and her marketing business (ChatterBox NZ).
We live on the doorstep of Kiwifruit country, near Te Puke – Kiwifruit Capital of the World. Kiwifruit is full of goodness and our Kihi loves the dried chips. Logan decided on the name and created the logo for the packaging. The boys decided on compostable bags and stamped labels. We researched what was required for pet food labels and got to work.
Kiwifruit is seasonal, so our first official season will begin early in 2021.
