FCR have some lovely friendly older family members in need of homes.
Adult cats bring just as much joy and fun as kittens, adopting one of these bubbas is giving a second chance to a cat let down before.
URGENT PLEA - Update:
Further to our urgent plea a few weeks ago, when we explained that we are very sadly losing our "cattery" accommodation & the urgent need to rehome a LOT of cats & kittens in a very short period.
We have been so thankful to have matched many of our incredible cats & kittens with wonderful new families and have been delighted to see them all settling in & forgetting all about us!
Now, with 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 to go, we are touching wood, crossing our fingers, toes, bendy bits, & looking to the heavens, as we still have a LOT of cats to adopt out; otherwise, we will need to "juggle" them into other foster homes, which are already full or almost so.
While all their bios aren't posted individually, we have just about every age, colour & personality looking for their new homes & ask that you consider our shyer cats who don't show themselves off with strangers. We know that once they know you, they are wonderfully affectionate, loving & loyal - we guarantee it's worth that little extra time to settle them in.
We have received a few applications in the last day or so to go through, but if you have applied & have yet to hear from us, send us a pm, or if you've been thinking about a new addition, 𝐍𝐎𝐖 is the time!
Viewings will be Sat & Sun & limited during the week, as we are now back at work (not having won lotto), but we will try our hardest to accommodate people.
Again, adoption criteria apply as always, but we are waiving our standard adoption fees of $160 & asking for a donation. Some adopters have donated & then signed up for our "Paw Pledge" of donating $5 or more a month (which also puts you in the quarterly draw to win a $50 voucher)
If you can't adopt, please share. With all we have, we are hoping for a post-Christmas miracle of 101 adopters.
