Bunny Boarding North Shore Our mission is to provide safe & healthy boarding for pet Rabbits & other small animals. Est 2018

I am extremely passionate about animals and rabbits in particular. I volunteer in the rabbitry at Auckland SPCA where I work for Justine Somerville. Justine is also the owner/operator of "The Bunny Sitter" in Papatoetoe. With her encouragement I began the journey to open "Bunny Boarding North Shore". In the past I found it difficult to find trusted minders, especially ones that don't let you down

at the last minute! Rabbits can be tricky at the best of times and well-meaning family members or house minders often don't have the knowledge or "eye" to spot when things don't look right. I wanted to create a haven where bunnies and bunny owners could instantly feel the environment was safe. All Bun-Mums and Dads think about their pet when they are away - but at least they can do so with peace of mind. I am thrilled to be able to provide this bunny sitting service with regular, fun exercise in the carefully thought out “bun run”.

Introducing the newly bonded Barry & Flopsy! They bonded super quickly and although Barry only has one eye this didn’t impact the bonding process at all - and neither should it. Bunnies have so many other amazing senses - he knew exactly where Flopsy was at all times. They go home tomorrow to cement their bond. Congrats Barry & Flopsy! ❤️🐰🐰❤️
