As we enter the time of Christmas feasting - just a reminder of those foods that are NOT good for your furry family members!! 😟😵‍💫😵🤢🥴🤮

Avoid these foods, they are toxic or dangerous to your dog and cat:
- Chocolate
- Grapes and raisins (no Christmas pudding please!)
- Onions, leeks and chives (watch out for the gravy)
- Macadamia nuts
- Cooked bones (raw meaty bones only please)
- Alcohol
- Caffeine
- Artificial sweeteners
- Avocado pits (the avocado flesh is safe)

But we'd encourage you to allow your dog and cat to feast on delicious fresh meat and vegetables at Christmas time!! Yum!!

Accidents can occur when a dog gets their collar gets caught on objects such as fences, crates or furniture, leading to panic and potential injury. Safety breakaway dog collars have been developed to mitigate these dangers.
