I wasn't aware of the unique challenges and stresses that vets face until I met Anna
We met and fell in love, it was a truly wonderful time. we enjoyed talking and sharing our lives on many levels.

I noticed over time that Anna really disliked Mondays. The demands of going back to the clinic with her huge workload, staffing issues, client problems and financial worries, was a massive challenge that she faced at the end of every weekend.

After years of working with small business clients, it wasn’t long before I recognised that her veterinary practice was overloaded with work, but wasn’t making any money.

Anna was a skilled veterinary surgeon, and her workload was so great that she had no time to focus on other crucial aspects, like managing the business.

As 2021 unfolded became inevitable that her was business was going to struggle. The level of stress and anxiety this caused Anna was huge, but it was only one of several heavy burdens in her life.

I have just published my first post on my new blog page LOVE MY VET. It is about Anna, who I am still grieving for after her recent tragic loss.

The purpose of the blog is to raise awareness and provide support for veterinarians who struggle with the unique and excessive demands of their profession. The nature of the posts wont all be like this first one, I am simply sharing my heart.

We are particularly looking for people who have positive feedback about their vet, to share their story with us, and uplift the great work that your vet has performed for you and your pet. Feel free to mention them by name if you wish.

Please note the website is not finished yet, and it hasn't been fully optimised for mobile devices, it views best on a full screen at this stage until I have it resolved.
