Focal. Pawtraits do amazing Pet Potraits for those furrever photos of your pets.....furry, feathered and even finned we hear! They have a great giveaway competition running this month check them out!

This month, we're excited to announce our pet photography competition, designed to bring our local community closer and offer everyone a chance to win some fantastic prizes!

Throughout June, we invite you to share your favorite photo of your beloved pet. At the end of the month, we'll carefully review all the submissions and select our favorite, rewarding the winner with a complimentary pawtrait of their pet producing a variety of high resolution digital images. This special prize also includes a printed and framed image from the photo-shoot, making it an opportunity you won't want to miss!

You can submit your photo by simply commenting on our Facebook or Instagram post with your image, or you can email your submission to [email protected]. As we are Kerikeri based, all submissions must be within Northland from Whangarei upwards.

We are super proud to be associated with Coast to Coast Cat Rescue they're running themselves into the ground doing the wonderful work they do!

However it doesn't happen for free, so if you can please donate to these guys in any way then please do.

We at CCCR are feeling a little bit proud of ourselves tonight. Our 6-month figures are in and now we can see why we are sooo tired! Since December 1st when we started out on our own, we have brought in 378 Cats and Kittens into care and adopted 307!!!
We have de-sexed 258 rescue cats and kittens and helped with de-sexing 39 in the community. Thats a whole lot of cats that aren't living it rough on the streets breeding like, well cats really!
We currently have 150+ cats and kittens in our care, as we inherited some when we started from Bay of Islands Animal Rescue, so if you would like to donate towards cat food (of which we are running very low 🙀) or can buy some and drop it off to Pet Essentials in Kerikieri we would be very very grateful.
Thank you for supporting us and adopting our beautiful fluff bums. We couldn't do it without you 😻

All adults and teens will be $50 this weekend only!

The phone calls just aren't stopping so to be able to continue saving lives and reducing the number of stray and unwanted kitties in the Far North we need to clear out the shelter.
