How is this beautiful boy still in my paddock! He’s got beautiful temperament, looks and confirmation!
It is with great news that we are keeping Oscar. Our plan is to use him in our riding school program when he’s old enough. He will make an excellent kids pony!
Oscar also learning to pick up his feet. It may be hard to see but he fought a bit the first pick up. Hence why no treat. I picked his foot up again and he did it perfectly. He knows he only gets treat if he does it right. Both foals know this. Lots of praising for every try especially in the beginning
Very proud of how well Charlie is picking up his feet
First time with the rope flying around Ranger. He’s so bombproof for a 4yr old!
Cheeky or smart? Maybe both? 🤣 I had them all stacked nicely and he goes and throws buckets around. What a silly goose 🤦🏽♀️
What a rewarding feeling to finally have the first canter on Ranger❤️
What made me smile even more is the fact how alike he and Shakira are. Shakira loves to run once she’s started she doesn’t want to stop. Ranger is exactly the same! After the first two laps he knew what the plan was and went straight into the canter when we passed a certain mark😅. Can’t wait to take him out more
Rangers 3rd ride. He’s doing so well, we’ve had a small buck yesterday but that was my fault for asking to many things at the same time which caused him to freeze and then ‘explode’. But today he was a champ, love him to bits 💕
Ranger is our new paddock harrower. Seeing as we don’t own a quad bike or machinery suitable for the paddocks we are going back old school 😁
3 years ago from today🥰❤️
