Hi, my name is Melissa and I am a professional dog walker and owner of Paw Walkies. Auckland holds a lot of hidden treasures which I share with my furry friends. I enjoy the outdoors, travelling, car rides and most of all, being a leader at the end of a lead! I have extensive experience in animal management, animal husbandry and animal welfare. I have worked with all sorts of dogs- from puppies to

seniors of all breeds and all temperaments. I am Qualified in the following:
Animal Management - specialising in Canine Behaviour and Training. Completed 1st year Diploma in Vet Nursing - Unitec
Health Assessment for Dogs Training certificate - Auckland Council

My main mission is to give your pets the best standard of life and care through my ability to love your pets as you do and keep their mental stimulation going! After a walk with me, your mate will be crashed out until dinner time! I am an energetic, fun, passionate and down to earth person. Helping you by walking your dogs on beaches, up hills also through the bushes and forests - every day is filled with fun and new positive stress-free experiences. I service the North Shore and Rodney Areas with some options for other semi local areas. I also do pet sitting :)

NO ONE (Incl. Mike) has had to be locked away 🔐 as the dogs have all been a slice of Pawfection 🐾

Another epic job done by Mr PW- what a top notch bloke 👌 he’s also spent his holidays helping out, with his biggest sleep in being 9am 🤣 if you know Mike, 9am is NOT A SLEEP IN!!
No rest for the wicked 🤣

Hi, I’m Melissa and I’m a professional dog walker and founder of Paw Walkies.

Paw Walkies offers Dog Walking and Pet Care services in Auckland, specifically Rodney and the North Shore. In Auckland we have a heap of hidden treasures and I love sharing my secret dog walking spots with my canine buddies.

Personally I love being outdoors, travelling, and dogs (and all animals for that matter). Being a dog walker is the perfect job! l love what I do, being the leader of my pack and having awesome walks with my furry friends.

My Qualifications

Most importantly I am highly experienced in in animal management, animal husbandry and animal welfare. This means I have a great grounding in animal care and can put this to great use when looking after your pet.

I have worked with all sorts of dogs- from puppies to seniors of all breeds and all temperaments. I hold qualifications in the following:

Animal Management – specialising in Canine Behaviour and Training

Vet Nursing -Completed 1st year Diploma – Unitec

Health Assessment for Dogs Training certificate – Auckland Council

Put simply my mission is to give your pets the best standard of life and care possible. I promise I’ll love your pets as you do and keep their mental stimulation going. Your dog will be crashed out until dinner time after a walk with me!
