I encountered a rather inconvenient dilemma in 2011 when my chinchilla brood suddenly went off their longtime favourite pellets and I could find NO other nutritionally adequate pellet on the market in New Zealand so... zy residents increased in number and food costs increased too, I decided to offer my products to the public, so other people had access to (what I believe is) the highest quality chin food and to help fund the increasing rescue effort. My chinchilla products were such a hit my customers started requesting I cater to other species too! So after lots more research I have been able to launch feed formulas for Guinea Pigs and Rabbits too!
