Definitely Waipapa's BEST coffee! is on state highway 10 just at the bridge where the vege guy is. He gets a visit from us every morning. Jonty makes a great coffee using organic coffee with our favorite local milk Bella V***a. Coffee always comes with a friendly greeting, and is always interested in your morning rant even it doesn't make much sense.😊

Headed off to meet some friends who were camping out in this secret spot. Unfortunately no dogs on this trip, this special place is filled with kiwi so need to keep our feathered friends safe.

I'm so lucky to have this awesome walk 2 mins down the road from the office. We meet a nice couple along the way who absolutely loved Milly and wanted to take her home 🤣.

Milly was a lunatic most of the way, because she'd been stuck in the office all day she had the energy of a race horse 🐴, she did manage to walk nicely on the way back to the car which was a surprise.

We also met some lovely trees too, we picked a few kawakawa leaves for our evening herbal tea. I'm Hippie at heart ✌

Rangers mum emailed me a lovely thank you message saying how happy she was with the results from our mussel powder, she continued on to say "we had rescued him from a farm at 4 months old… he was the runt and they had no use for him and was going to be shot, I have 4 other rescues from similar circumstances".

Thank god for people like this, i just can't understand how anyone in their right mind could shoot a dog 😭😭

He's 10 years old now, slowing down a bit but since taking our mussel powder his energy has increased.

took Miss Milly on an adventure to Whangarei today to be a demonstration dog in pet 1st aid. She didn't steel anyone's banana cake this time around, so I'm sure she'll be welcomed back.

This sweet little girl popped in to the office for a chat today. She chatted away for well over an hour, I listened patiently and then she went on her way. Not sure the purpose of her visit, she wasn't hungry, just wanted someone to talk to ❤

Sorry we've been a bit quiet with our instagram posts lately, my phone is at full capacity at the moment and is not allowing me to store or edit video's and pictures, the thought of having to dump any of my 1000s of dog videos to free up memory is just not possible, i love them all too much. Perhaps a new phone might be a easier solution 🤔

I can't believe some vets still sell these horrible things.

Todays walkies and since it Maori language week we thought it was a good idea to visit the Kororipo Pā. Kororipo (whirlpool) in reference to the debates and stategic nature of the meetings held here.

Read about Hongi's death in picture 2 at the bottom it says be good to 'the praying Europeans' but beware of 'the redcoats'.

Bottom right picture is some beautiful Kawakawa, I picked a couple of leaves to make Kawakawa tea which is so refreshing, and yes I thanked the plant 🙏

Would love to know what part of the country/world you all come from. We are in the the Far North of the North Island, New Zealand. We have Beautiful beaches up here, most are dog friendly during the winter period 🐶
