Rotten weather but who cares! These critters are loving the fresh paddock of spring grass.
This year I am running mums and their calves with the one year olds . Seems to be working well.
Great to see some rain in New Plymouth. My cows and babies are enjoying being a bit cooler!
How’s the weather in your location?
Mooooving at Onawe. Girls in a hurry ! No dogs needed.
How was the weather for everyone yesterday and last night?? We got hammered in New Plymouth. This morning I’m feeding the yearlings sugar beet and nuts. Note they love it!
Very wet, miserable and muddy in Taranaki! How is it at your place? Put some pics in comments 😊. Always nice to see what’s happing around the country.
Feeding out at Rocklyn Stud. Note the fresh snow on Mt Taranaki! The wind is coming straight off that Mountain and it’s freezing!
Ruby our pet calf. Breakfast in bed. She sadly thinks she is human so has no calf buddies.
Don’t you love this time of the year ? Rubbish weather and wee calves born. 😍💞💗💕. How’s calving going for you?

One of our members Sarah Dombroski giving Milo a scratch. Milo is one of Rocklyn Miniature Hereford Stud progeny. Love getting photos. Message me yours or email them and I will post them out to our FB page.
Rocklyn Milo owned by Paul and Sarah Dombroski . Milo is nice and quiet, here he is walking casually up to Sarah to get some hay.
My view from our house this morning! A blood red sun and a haze around the MT.
What are you all doing in this heat? Are you doing anything to help the cows?
Let us know any tips to help.
