We are still looking for a furrever home for our darling Zoe.....
KjempeC***s Arizona Dreams
Zoe is a lovely black smoke torie harlequin girl, 5 years old, very smoochy, talkative, nosy and playful! She loves nothing better than to groom your hair and lick you if you let her, but responds very well to no! An absolute sit next to you or on top of you all day long kind of girl, with a little bit of tortie stubbornness in her if she really has something in her mind.
Zoe can be bossy towards other cats, so is not great in combination with a timid or very dominant other feline companion, but is fantastic with cats that gently stand their ground, dogs and children.
Zoe is desexed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, registered, 4 gen pedigree etc all done.
Please PM me for more info if you can offer her a furrever home.
We also sadly have to re-home our dog, Xena.
Xena is approx 10 years old and is a blue heeler x border collie.
She is getting a bit older, her hearing and eye sight are getting a bit less due to her age, and is very wary the last couple of weeks with all the packing going on around her.
We feel she will absolutely not travel well over such a distance, especially since certain airlines refuse to carry dogs over 25kgs ( she is just over that) so she would have to travel for up to 3 days via Australia and Dubai rather than being allowed to fly with us for about 30hrs, which she just won't be able to cope with😥
Xena is great with children, cats, chickens, is curious about cows in paddocks but not trained at all regarding cattle work, so not sure how she will respond if given the opportunity.
Very loyal, very alert to strangers on property, very heeler like, herding chickens, family members etc to keep them all together.
We have done agility with her in the past, very responsive, smart and learns quick, very food driven, but easily bored and distracted after a while, so never competed with her.
She is generally ok with other big dogs, though prefers to be only dog in household. Absolutely avoids small dogs and can get a bit jealous if another dog comes up to me for a snif.
Trained her on voice commands as well as hand signs, and is clicker trained.
Health wise Xena has been speyed, microchipped, is registered with council ( Waikato), up to date with vaccination.
She is on a strict diet due to beef/ grain allergy, but with the right care this is very well manageable. Apart from her allergy we never had any health problems with her.
Being allowed indoors, especially at night, is a must for Xena, she is very much part of our family as many will know.
Bedding, bowls, all her stuff will come with her.
If you can give her a golden basket home please pm me.
