Steve Muggeridge's beloved Clydesdales have returned to Taranaki. Not far from the original family stud, at the base of the maunga, he chats about the changing use of the heavy horse and hitches a pair up to a vintage wagon for a ride along the mountain's flanks.

We attended the Morrinsville A&P show yesterday with Blackwood Laura and Enchanting Indy. They came away with a first and second. Safe to say we had a great day out and thanks to all that made it possible. Thanks to Martin Johns for taking photos

Excuse the quality of this clip but I wanted to share. This happy and enquistive baby girl was born to Enchanting Layla only 18 hours ago! She has been skipping all day long and seems extremely happy to be here! 😊

I was working with Elizabeth today and just realized it's her birthday! I have been getting her, and two other young fillies, ready to find new parents. The hard part of breeding is letting go, but it has been my mission to keep this wonderful and versatile breed going for others to enjoy. Such wonderful animals. I feel so lucky. 💖

We would like to thank everyone for coming along to the Waikato Heavy Horse Association stallion parade today. Was well over a hundred people who attended so hopefully you all had a great day!
