Finally sharing summer holiday pics! Christmas and New Years was surprisingly busy for me visiting pets. Here are a few of the ones I managed to get photos of. Whanganui District Council encourages everyone in the community to take some time over the coming weeks to prepare for COVID-19.
Make a plan for your household, write down any instructions someone else could easily follow if you get sick and have to go into managed isolation or hospital. Cover things like feeding pets and paying bills.
Check you have what you need in case you and your whānau need to isolate. This might include things to enjoy doing at home as well as putting together a wellness kit with face coverings, hand sanitiser, gloves, tissues, rubbish bags, and cleaning products.

Merry Christmas to all my clients and their beautiful pets. I am so pleased to have been able to continue to care for animals during these difficult times, may it continue for many years to come. I hope everyone enjoys their time with family/friends and time away or relaxing at home.

This week another great friend passed away. Maggie will be terribly missed by her family, myself and the human and dog friends she has made over the years. So many great memories of adventure, socializing and relaxing that I couldn't just show in a few photos so here's 50+!

Update: Marty has found a new loving home. Yay.

Owner reluctantly rehoming Marty the Super Dog due to relocation.
Incredibly well trained and well behaved 7 year old black Labrador.
Loves to play fetch and cuddle.
Up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatment.
Comes with insulated dog house and his own super hero action figure.
I was lucky enough to be involved with the first 5 years of Marty's life experiencing some great moments!

With great sadness the sweet hearted Poppy passed away yesterday.
She was a dearly loved member of the Comfy Creatures family for over 8 years along with her sister Maisey and more recently Miss Kitty.
Poppy lived a wonderful life full of adventures, cuddles and care with everyone she shared her life with.
May the memories of love and friendship maintain and comfort you in the loss of your beloved Poppy, Jacqui and family. Xoxo
