Fishwise NZ Fishwise was a project aimed at making information about the keeping of freshwaterfish as pets in NZ

Fishwise was a pet project I created a number of years ago with the aim of providing accessible, educational fishkeeping resources and supplies for New Zealand fishkeepers. While I've since moved on to studying for my ecology and microbiology degree (and currently lack any pet fish!), the old site can still be found at fishwise.co.nz/articles.

Unfortunately a large portion of the Angelfish eggs fungused over - I attempted to remove as many as possible, however nature stepped up and took care of the rest. At first these were detritus worms, but then they kept getting bigger! I haven't seen any of these little guys in my tanks before, so was excited to get a video of them. Warning, he's not necessarily pretty under the microscope ;)
