🐴 Christmas Ribbon Day - This Sunday! 🐴

Join us for a day full of festive fun at the Waiheke Pony Club!
9am start.

What's On:
Prizes for the Best Dressed Horse & Pony – show off your Christmas spirit!
Flat classes and jumping events for all levels.
Festive games and exciting 'Riders Without Horses' activities.
We'll finish with a casual BBQ lunch—please bring a plate to share!

After lunch, we’ll celebrate the Riders Without Horses Graduation!

This is the perfect way to send off our PC friends and family for the holiday season. Everyone is welcome, so come along and join the fun!

Last chance to get your entries in for tomorrow’s event! Please get your registrations in ASAP if you haven’t already, so we can better plan the day.
It’s going to be a beautiful sunny day, we have a coffee cart, sausage sizzle and some very flash prizes up for grabs!
See you all tomorrow 8.30am start for the Dressage.
Showjumping course build around 10am then we’ll start the Jumping phase after.

Thank You, Clean Island & Our Amazing Community!

Thanks to your generous scrap metal drop-offs, Clean Island has raised $6,000 to help us rebuild the Waiheke Island Pony Club! We’re so grateful to everyone who contributed and to Clean Island for donating the proceeds.

The scrap metal hopper at 38 Tahi Road is still open—now raising funds for the Waiheke Sea Scouts, who have had significant damage with recent flooding. Let’s keep the support going for the Scouts!

Schedule:
Dressage Start Time: 8:30am (Junior test followed by Intermediate)
Dressage Finish & Pack Down: 10:30 - 11:30am (times may vary based on registrations)
Course Build: 12:00pm (Volunteers appreciated!)
Showjumping Start Time: 12:30pm
Important: Please bring your own water for your horse, as the Pony Club's water supply is not yet available.

We’ll have a BBQ and beverages on the day!

Start 16th October 5-6pm
Every Wednesday for 10 weeks
Waiheke Island pony club

We will learn about horse management and safety around horses.
These are not ridden lessons.
Children 6yo minimum with parent supervision.

Also great for parents getting nagged from children wanting a pony but have no idea what’s involved!

Hi friends & community,

We’re on the hunt for a 3000 ltr or water tank for Pony Club.

We’ve only just discovered ours has a leak probably caused by the fire, so we need to replace ours asap.

If anyone has one to upcycle or has one to donate plse DM or message in comments, we can arrange collection on island only.

Join us on September 28 for our Open Day, where you can meet our coaches and explore our fantastic beachside facilities, including our new all-weather showjumping arena, our dressage arena, and our multi-level cross-country course. This is a great chance to learn about the exciting season ahead and find out how we can help your child enjoy the wonderful world of Pony Club.

The Waiheke Island Pony Club Spring Series is Back!
Time to dust off your ponies and get those fitness plans in motion – in just a few weeks, we’re kicking off the season with the much-anticipated Spring Showjumping & Dressage Series! This event is always a highlight of the calendar.
Entries open on the 28th of September, with dressage tests released the same day.
Our showjumping arena has been freshly resurfaced, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the club for a fun and exciting start to the season.
