A little secret I held onto ensuring we could surprise the four lucky competitors who made the Zone 3 team to represent their zone at NZDAC 2024.

I was extremely honored when Erin reached out and asked if I could make coats for the Zone 3 team dogs. As I knew, three out of four of the dogs we were able to estimate sizes and keep them as a surprise 🥰

Congratulations to , .nz, and Belinda with Lexie for making the Zone 3 team for NZDAC 2024.

💗 Casey 💗
- ADX GOLD 🥹 - One of our goals for the year was to gain ADX Gold, and she's achieved that.

- Senior winning challange 4/6. She was so close to having a clear in the first senior, and my over calling pulled her to the wrong side of the jump.

- Her confidence and form continues with every show and every run. Words do not explain how proud I am of her.

💙 Trio 💙
- Winning run in his first ever JB

- Stunning work in all of his other runs. He is extremely forward and very different to Casey, so it is taking some getting use to BUT this is only his 3rd competition and I couldn't be prouder of him

- Multiple times I was able to layer obstacles, and he stayed committed and kept bars up

- Stunning weaves with some tricky entries and driving to the last jump! So much goodness to take away from his work.

So many wonderful comments recieved on the new little vest I have been making. I delivered one and received and order for another.
The wind didn't allow me to set my racks up very well but still managed to take a few orders.

Overall, an excellent weekend had even with some very uncomfortable moments for me with my UC (auto immune disease) which has been pretty bad since April this year. So thank you to everyone who helped me over the weekend - means a lot to me.

My boy was very happy to have his cool coat on after each run today. Coling him down quickly by targeting his neck and chest.

Also, pretty colours 😍

I do still have a few cool coats available with me and more to be made up prior to our next show.

I promised the girls that after NZDAC was done, the first thing I would do is make them new vests.
Considering I didn't have a pattern or instructions, I'm pretty bloody happy with how they turned out.

Now I can get onto my mountain from Feilding and Message orders 🙂

She also had 3 other stunning runs with just one little error - one of those being running past the last jump.
I could not be prouder of her - my little heart dog and I have been building our connection, confidence, trust, and everything is falling into place. Casey is on the verge of greatness, and I am so excited to be the other half of her team.

Being our second champ show, I was blown away with his efforts. His weaves are stunning, and his confidence has grown immensely. We made the Jumpers C final and put out some beautiful work once again.
I still have a lot of learning to do to find out how this rear wheel drive, turbo charged Ferrari wants to be driven, but my word it's going to be a fun ride.
I'm proud of my boy.
