Two years ago I flew to Queenstown to bring Jäger to her new home @ Maddy O'Connell. What a lovely catch up for us and cool to see her together with my Anni - the litter sister.
Jäger is totally like Nordmann and enjoys farm life as well as hunting adventures.
Thank you very much Maddy for a couple of nice days and good chats!

After 6 weeks away from farm it was the right decision to take Anni out on a shoot day. She was so well behaved and watched her mate Bear picking up. Not long and I might get her on retrieving a pheasant. 🥰

I am very proud my boy! Fantastic search - 60 m from fence line where this possum was shot in a steep native bush. Again thermal gear hopeless but this nose trustful. Great job Nordmann 🤩 despite you dragged me down hill like hell and I struggled to follow you the speed you were going 😂.

Successful predator control on farm - well shot but not found with thermal gear in the cover crop.
There is no doubt in Nordmann’s nose. He discovered immediately this tomcat hidden in a hole.

After 4 weeks having her strictly in the crate I thought Meika deserved a little bit more freedom.
I can’t really say it is a run 🙈, but it is cool to set up the puppy fence and she can enjoy…

Three to five times a day 10-15 m is allowed. She is doing so well and keeps the rest of the time quite in her crate and on the couch getting some recommended exercises and a lot of cuddles 🤗 🥰

The best Christmas present 🎄 🎁
and it seems like a little miracle:
After an unfortunate accident with multiple fractures, a week hospital at VSA Meika is back home.
What a relief and we are very grateful. 🤩
