It's ok he's friendly!

I hate hearing this! It generally means someone is walking their dog off lead, has zero control, and the dog is now hurtling his way over to meet my dogs. I don't want that. I want to walk my dogs in peace . My dogs don't want to be accosted by a strange dog while on lead and enjoying a walk with their family. It is unfair on us that we have to deal with an out of control dog when we are minding our own business.
