This weekend George came in for a spruce up. His family Lacey and Lulu insisted he tidy himself before his 3 new grandsons meet him.
A new face in Granny's shed was a sweet little old lady named Patch.

Lulu and her mum Lacy spent a few hours with Granny today getting a new hair do and pedicure. Lady Roxy arrived yesterday for her usual hair do. Schnauzer pup Bowie arrived earlier in the week. Bowie is a busy little lass so she opted for the easy care hair do. Thank you ladies for popping in. It was a pleasure spending time with you all. Linda

Today Riley the airdale terrier bounced into Granny's Grooming. He enjoyed his bath, disliked his blow dry. Riley however showed some amazing dance moves when Granny dried his head. Looking forward to you bouncing into Granny's again.

Today a lovely little lady named Mollie came into Granny's Grooming. It has been a little while since Mollie and I have spent some time together and I had forgotten what a joy she is to have around.

From Piper the cava doodle pup to the lovable seniors Missy and Jasper. Granny found her happy place. Piper wayward hair was a challenge to tame and Missy just needed a deshed and feathering trimmed. Jasper also needed a tidy up but unlike his house mate he left very little hair behind.

Three darlings called in for Grooming this week. Bella the beautiful enjoyed belly rubs and Granny was more than happy to indulge her.
Jackson the westie was extremely chatty and very cute.
Diesel the 1year old schnauzer popped in for a facial. He was a little shaggy. Thank you for you ongoing support. Linda

Hi there Granny's Grooming has gone to the dogs! From hairy working dogs to elegant poodles. Giant breeds to toy breeds have been putting Granny through her paces. Some bouncing pups and seniors with mobility issues also popped in. Thank you to all the dogs who have received groom from Granny. It is always a pleasure to pamper the dogs.

Hi this week Granny's Grooming has been hanging out at Angels Academy! It has been a very informative and busy week learning new techniques in gromming. Hayes the German shepherd has been assisting and helping Granny to perfect the deshedding process. He is one handsome dude unfortunately he went home with his owner Lee Anne. Never mind I got over it and a beautiful Springer Spainel named Tammy turned up today for a hair do. Tammy is such a delight to have around. Hope to see you again soon Tammy. Granny's Grooming had a special visitor this weekend. His name is Buddy the beagle. Buddy is a great talker. He has a beautiful deep voice. tends to practice singing in the bath. He warms up with a few short howls and builds up into a long, loud howl. In a confined space his voice is deafening. It was lovely to catch up with him again. Linda

Chester the King Charles Spainel Cross Bichon arrived today. Chester has very thick and curly fur. It was lovely to catch up with him again. He gives awesome cuddles. Then little Reggie a 10 month old puppy with a pedigree of sh*tzu and Boston terrier needed a trim. He was very good and for the part he sat still. Linda

This week Pepe the puppy arrived for her first ever groom. What a wee wiggly pup she is. Zeke the husky came in for a deshedding. He demonstrated his beautiful singing voice as he started howling during his bath. Sumo the elderly bichon cross was a very well mannered gentleman.

This week Granny's Grooming has welcomed Petal and Po the little sh*tzu duo. A couple of wheaten terriers Pearl and Lincoln showed up. Tiny Beau arrived too. George arrived today it was his first time with Granny. George was really in need of a make over. Thank you all for your support! Linda.

Grannys Dog Grooming has been in full swing the past couple of weeks!
I have absolutely loved getting back to my happy place grooming my four legged friends.
It's been great catch up with some old friends and have loved meeting lots of new ones too!

🐾LOCKDOWN LETTER FROM YOUR DOG...🐾

Dear hoomans

I have noticed over the past couple of weeks you have been staying in my home for extended periods of time. It is lovely having you here but I feel I should set a few ground rules. I would appreciate it if you would follow the rules whilst you are staying with me.

1. When you do pop out you will need to take me with you.

2. You seem to be eating lots of nice goodies whilst lazing about the house. I am entitled to a share of these. I won’t make a fuss I will just sit in front of you and quietly stare at you until I get my quota.

3. Don’t call me for another bath, I am clean now. Just because you are bored doesn’t mean I need a wash or haircut. I suggest you go clean the metal box on wheels outside again. Daddy human has done that a few times now even though it hasn’t moved in weeks.

4. As you are here constantly at the moment, it is your duty to let me out as often as I require. That means that even if I have just come in and want to go out again you should let me. Sometimes I miss a spot whilst sniffing about and I need to recheck.

5. When I am asleep, leave me sleeping, this isn’t a cue for the little humans to play with me. I can also sleep where I like, I don’t expect to be woken so you can move me.

6. Do not shhhh me when I am barking. As you are here more, my job of protecting you has increased. I have to listen out for every little noise and inform you of it in case it’s a threat.

7. Don’t leave a room without me, I know how sneaky you guys can be. Just the other day I am sure I heard a crisp packet being opened upstairs and no one called me to share. So from now on I will be following you about.

8. This is a very important rule. If it lands on the floor it’s MINE, if it’s in my mouth it’s MINE.

9. You will never p*e alone again, you watch me p*e so I do not understand why you shut me out and close the loo door when you p*e.

10. If you do not follow these rules I will use SAD PUPPY DOG EYES TO GET WHAT I WANT !! 🐶🐶😂

Granny has been going a little stir crazy, missing all of my furry friends. I gave the blow dryer a whirl on my granddaughter Paige! Her laughter was infections ♥️

Hi everyone it has been a busy month for Granny. With the weather being hot we have had a lot of clients wanting to shed some fur. However we had Louie the samoyed come in for just a shampoo and blow wave!

Happy Wednesday everyone!

With the hot weather we have been experiencing, I have been busy de-shedding and shaving a few of our four legged friends, to ensure they are comfortable and cool on these hot days.
