It was always hard to lose our friends. Today Tank has passed away. He loved everybody and everything. He did have some recent health issues. The vets were unable to diagnose exactly what was going on.

Tank you will be missed by many. Miss those slobbers.

REHOMING Two Gorgeous Gentle Giants; Sam - 4yr old, 150 lb. Male Great Dane and his brother
Tank - 3 3/4 yr old, 180 lb. Male Newfoundland.
Both boys are very special friends of mine.
The best scenario would be if they can stay together. Sam and Tank are two bundles of love looking for a family that can shower them with love and attention. They have gone to doggy daycare most of their lives, socializing with dogs, kids, and adults daily. They do well with most dogs, good with the cat at home, they are excellent with kids, they have been raised with five little humans under the age if seven. If you have room in your home, time in your life and love in your heart, these two big hunks of love are looking for you. They deserve only the best. A 6 ft fenced in yard is ideal, home visit and references required, there is also Rehoming fee.

Changing behavior takes time. You need to have realistic expectations about changing your dog’s behavior as well as how long it will take to change behaviors that you don’t like. Often behaviors which are “normal” doggie behaviors will take the most time such as barking, digging and jumping. You also need to consider how long your dog has rehearsed the behavior. For example, if you didn’t mind that your dog jumped up on people to say hi for the last seven years and now you decide that you don’t want him to do that anymore, that behavior will take a much longer time to undo than if you had addressed it when he was a pup. Remember it’s never too late to change the behavior some will just take longer than others.

We are getting some nice weather again and opening up outdoor Private sessions. $40 per 1 hour session in Mankato, North Mankato, Some towns may have a travel charge.
