Public Health is our priority. It is our mandate that all meat and meat products sold in all meat shops in the City of Bais should be clean, wholesome and safe for public consumption. Thus, it is a must that all owners of the meat stall or meat shop shall secure MEAT ESTABLISHMENT CLEARANCE from the City Veterinary Office before they will be allowed to have their hogs and cattles slaughtered in the Bais City Slaughterhouse.

Such clearance is also a requirement for them to process/ renew their business permit.
Requirements:
Freezer
Pest-proof/ rodent proof stall
Sanitary Permit (photocopy)
Health Certificate of workers( photocopy)

NOTE: Actual inspection shall be done prior to the issueance of the clearance.

Para sa impormasyon ng nakararami, narito ang pinakahuling ASF Zoning Status ng mga probinsya, munisipyo at siyudad magmula Hunyo 17 hanggang Hunyo 23 ng taong kasalukuyan alinsunod sa Amended National ASF Zoning and Movement Plan (DA Administrative Circular No.2, Series of 2022).

Mayroon nang tatlumpong (30) munisipyo ang na-upgrade sa YELLOW (Surveillance) Zone magmula sa PINK (Buffer) Zone.

Mayroon na ring isang daan siyamnapo at walong (198) siyudad at munisipyo na na-upgrade na sa PINK (Buffer) Zone magmula sa RED (Infected) Zone.

DA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 27 Series of 2022

Subject: GUIDELINES ON THE MOVEMENT OF LIVE POULTRY AND NON-POULTRY PRODUCTS AND BY-PRODUCTS DURING THE AVIAN INFLUENZA OUTBREAK

Highlights of Revised Memo:
1. Validity of test results for day-old chicks, hatching eggs and ready to lay poultry species have been changed with the following frequencies:
a. DOC, HE (chicken and quails)- 28 days
b. RTL (chicken and quails) – 14 days

2. Movement of gamefowls and related activities as well as validity of AI test results are hereby modified to include the following:

a. Shipment of gamefowls from farms in Mainland Luzon with no H5/H7 detection TO MIMAROPA, Visayas and non-affected cities/municipalities in Mindanao is now allowed;

b. Cockfighting shall now be allowed in all regions with no H5/H7 detection;

c. Transport/movement of pet birds (parakeet, cockatoo, lovebirds etc.) across the country is now allowed provided the source aviary has BAI Animal Disease Monitoring Compliance Certificate (ADMC) and negative AI laboratory test results every 90 days shall be complied;

d. Shipment of pigeons for breeding or transfer purposes from farms in Mainland Luzon with no H5/H7 detection TO MIMAROPA, Visayas and non-affected cities/municipalities in Mindanao is now allowed. However, pigeon racing remains prohibited;

e. Laboratory test results of birds from BAI certified farms are valid for six (6) months;

f. Laboratory test results from BAI non-certified farms will be valid every shipment
