Scheduling Appointments
Mobile Pet Grooming Groomer is open 5 days a week. We are open Monday-Friday at 8am to 5pm, Appointments are generally taken the day before desired date and time it's helpful to know your schedule preference.
The grooming processes takes 30 minutes on most pets, but remember that things like matting or other circumstances may cause your groom to take longer.
Mobile Pet Grooming Services consider the following:
1. If the schedule of your desired date are not full.
2. If the schedule are full, but your location is near with one of our client we can entertain you as well.
In this instance, if we can't accommodate our clients in his desired date we will give them free Ear and Eye Cleaning in his re-schedule appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We do understand that unexpected issues can occur without much notice, please notified us ASAP in those cases since our booking/setting an appointment in page, you can cancel it there or call us for cancel notice.
