Dr. Danilo Velasco first started a small vet clinic in Calookan, Metro Manila. He cured a journalists pet way back 1980`s, and was featured in the Manila Bulletin with an article “See a Vet, Save a PET”. It became his advocacy since then. His family migrated from the City buzz to the Rural town of Cuyapo. Dr. Velasco is popularly known as “DOC AGA” all over the town. Doc Aga, got a post in the local government as a Municipal Vet. Until he promoted to a Municipal Head of Planning and Development. He still want to continue his Veterinary profession and started a little clinic in town. He and Ms. Deborah (benefactor) established a pet shelter or pet orphanage. Offering free consultations and a shelter for those stray dogs and cats. Doc Aga`s eldest daughter (Tet Velasco) helped to manage and had a major upgrade of the orphanage. They added services like pet grooming, pet pharmacy and a pet store- offering variety of pet products and services in a minimal cost. It is the cheapest Private Animal clinic in Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan and Tarlac so far.
