This past week marked the halfway point of our veterinary dental specialty course, with the 3rd module focusing on endodontics! 🦷🦷🦷

We were warned that this would be the most difficult module yet, and boy it was! From endodontic access, to instrumentation techniques, to obturation, our hands were quite sore at the end of the 3 days. Grateful to Dr. James Anthony and our Batch 1 mentors for the knowledge and guidance 🙏

Before, veterinary dentistry in our clinics was often about just dental prophylaxis and extracting bad teeth. Glad to now be able to offer better dental services to our patients, by doing better assessments and interventions aimed at actually trying to save the teeth! 😄

Spineless opuntia cactus pads are a nutritious food for tortoises, who just love to eat it! They are high in fiber and calcium, and low in fat and protein. And we have a whole lot of it just to give away!
