It’s been raining nonstop because of the typhoon. The cats say they’re missing the sun again, missing to play outside and run everywhere. Oh to have a good sunny day ☀️☀️☀️
Went to withdraw some cash from the ATM but a kitten was dispensed 😍

Robi is one of our disabled kittens. He got a spinal injury that made him somehow paraplegic and unable to pee on his own. He needs to be stimulated every four hours to excrete his wastes. Despite that, he is playful and usually bites whenever one touches him. He is also a fast crawler especially when food is around.

Robi and Bikbhie cleaning themselves thoroughly after eating a sumptuous meal 😍
Robi's way of peeing
Robi's injury affects his ability to pee. For the first few weeks, he was peeing with the help of a catheter. After removing his last catheter, we decided not to put one to see if there will be improvements. Fortunately, he manages to pee this way, and sometimes, we see some little pee on his pee pad. Hopefully a good sign 🤞
Bikbhie's first time of filing his nails 😍

Helping a stray, one at a time ❣️
I’ve been seeing this dog multiple times whenever I’m on my way to the vet. He’s just standing in the middle of the road (the main road before our place) in those afternoons. So one afternoon, I brought him food and Nexgard. Hopefully, his condition will be better in the coming days.
We can’t always rescue nor adopt animal due to limited resources and the fact that we don’t have our own house. So we try to help strays as much as we can by providing food, medications or having them spayed/neutered.
Bikbhie still recovering from anesthesia VS When she finally recovered from it 😸
See how chatty and talkative she is! The long wait is over after finally seeing that she eats on her own. With her little body, our anxiety is so big and long.
After knowing and fixing the anomalies inside her abdomen, the only issue left is her swollen kidneys. The plan is to have her blood chemistry after two weeks to see if it's acute or chronic. (We're praying that it's acute, that it could be just from being overworked 🙏).
We're always grateful to have DOC SHE and her team for giving and doing the best care for our little Bikbhie ❤️
I may seem normal from the outside but this is how my mind works right now 😂
Robi, the disabled kitten 🐱
Saw this kitten posten on a FB group, I scrolled up as we have just rescued another disabled kitten named Bikbhie recently. But after 24 hours, no one has adopted this kitten (but was taken off the streets by the poster) and my heart dropped.
Yesterday, this kitten reached me after travelling for 1.5hrs. The vet requested for an xray to check his fractures as his back legs still has nerve response. There is a very small gap between two of his vertebrae caused by pelvic trauma and a bladder so full and compact. This small kitten of 0.6kg underwent catheterisation and around 40ml of urine was drained.

Andoy eagerly asking for food 🍽️
Nugget becomes completely-legged whenever she plays 😁 Her disability (if it is considered as disabilty at all) doesn't hinder her eagerness to play.
