As early as now, all pets under our care have been safely transported to our home in Dayangdang. We are currently waiting at Paws and Tails Pet Hotel for other scheduled drop-offs today. Please note that we will not be accepting walk-in clients, as our Dayangdang facility has limited capacity.

Please be informed that our pick-up and drop-off services will only be available until 2:00 PM today.
This is to allow us to also secure our transport services in preparation for the coming typhoon and possible flooding in Naga City.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

In preparation for the upcoming typhoon that will affect Bicol, we are now setting up our home in Dayangdang as a temporary safe shelter for all pets under our care. 🐾💙

👉 Please be informed that our XL crates are fully booked. If you wish to reserve a slot for your furbaby, we can still accept as long as you provide their own crate for safe and easy transport in case of emergency.

⚠️ Kindly note that we will only be accepting limited slots to ensure that every pet entrusted to us will receive proper care and attention.

Your furbabies’ safety and well-being are always our priority. 🌧️🐶🐱

Due to the heavy rain earlier and the risk of flooding, all pets under our care have been safely transported to our home in Dayangdang, which has a secure second floor. This is a precautionary measure to ensure their safety and comfort.
