Get the bath your pets deserve. We are open every Wednesday to Monday, closed on Tuesdays.

*if your pets are already infested with mange or fleas we recommend to treat it at home first. Curing can take up to 7days then pets can be given a bath.

“Happy World Animal Day!” from shelter tripod dog Manilyn and all of us at PAWS

Manilyn was run over by a vehicle and managed to hobble with her fractured front leg to a waiting shed near Quirino Grandstand in Manila (see her BEFORE photo in the first Comment below.)

But the forlorn, defeated expression on her face at the time of her rescue has been replaced by one filled with hope and optimism. Manilyn now wags her tail enthusiastically at the sight of anyone who visits her at the PAWS shelter. Already, she is looking forward to getting adopted. It is hard to believe that just over a month ago she was ready to give up on life- quietly suffering behind a pile of discarded cardboard boxes in that waiting shed.

On this special day for our animal friends, may we all be reminded that no task is too great, no hurdle insurmountable if we do things with great love. Despite the many not-so-pleasant reports of how animals are treated, we will press on to do what we need to do to speak up for animals and work for their welfare.
