𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗧𝗔𝗨) stands as a beacon of excellence right in the province known as the “𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙪𝙯𝙤𝙣.” Tarlac is home to a vibrant blend of cultures and traditions, where Tagalogs, Kapampangans, Ilocanos, Pangasinenses, and a thriving Muslim community live in harmony and shared pride.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬!

A dedicated mentor, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗘. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮 has been a steadfast pillar of support for the delegates of Tarlac Agricultural University across successive years, guiding them through the 20th and 21st NCVMS. For the 22nd NCVMS, he rightfully assumes the role of the most trusted adviser—offering unwavering guidance and counsel that the National Director and council deeply rely on to ensure a successful and well-executed congress.

As the Assistant Dean of the TAU College of Veterinary Medicine, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗕. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘀-𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼 is distinguished for her commitment to academic excellence and student leadership. She now extends her expertise to the NCVMS council, playing a role in the planning and realization of this national event.

Serving as the Dean of the TAU College of Veterinary Medicine, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗠. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘇 exemplifies dedication to both institutional growth and student development. Her invaluable support and leadership help fortify the foundation of next year’s NCVMS, ensuring the event is guided by purpose, vision, and integrity.

May these distinguished advisers help brighten the shine of this event, standing alongside the National Director, Executive Council, and Organizing Committee to make the 22nd NCVMS the most remarkable congress yet.

This dedicated team of student leaders, representing the three major island groups of the Philippines, is committed to promoting unity and strengthening collaboration among veterinary medicine schools nationwide.

The 22nd Council is led by 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗩. 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗼, 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 from 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙖𝙘 𝘼𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮. Supporting him are the three regional Vice Presidents: 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗥. 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻 from the 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 – 𝙇𝙤𝙨 𝘽𝙖ñ𝙤𝙨 (𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙇𝙪𝙯𝙤𝙣); 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗣. 𝗟𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘇 from 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙨 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 (𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙨); and 𝗭𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗔. 𝗥𝗼𝗷𝗮𝘀 from 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 (𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤).

Together, they will serve as the central coordinating body for veterinary institutions across the country, working collectively to ensure a meaningful and impactful 22nd National Congress of Veterinary Medicine Students.

It is with immense pride and honor that we present the 𝟮𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 for the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, the 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗩. 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗼 from 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗰 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆!

Hon. Justin Jay V. Bulatao has been an outstanding contributor during the 20th to the 21st NCVMS, standing as the representative for the Tarlac Agricultural University. It is during his time as the TAU Representative, that he honed his leadership skills, strengthened his commitment to the NCVMS and further grew his love for his fellow veterinary medicine students, making him the deserving student to stand as the National Director for next year’s NCVMS.

As the 22nd NCVMS Director, Hon. Justin Jay V. Bulatao is assigned with leading and spearheading all activities and events leading up to the NCVMS. It is his duty and responsibility to uphold the quality and integrity of this event, further enhancing the quality of this gathering from what it was in previous years. Aside from this, as a Tarlaqueño, it is also his duty to showcase the beauty and pride of this great city, to all students and visitors that will embark on this journey with him.

Our National Director is prepared and dedicated, to making this year’s NCVMS, the best that it can be. Heavy is the head that wears the crown, and Hon. Justin Jay V. Bulatao has taken on the responsibility, with grace, strength, strong initiative and a love for this congress.
