Squash - Believe it or not, squash is a smart staple for a dog's balanced diet. They are high in fiber, low in calories, and packed with vitamins and nutrients that are great for a dog’s long-term health. They have lots of beta carotene and vitamin A plus, it’s naturally sweet which dogs love. Many kinds of squash are also rich in potassium, which helps to maintain electrolyte balance.

Rice - A great source of vitamin D, fiber, and iron for our dog. Vitamin D helps regulate calcium and phosphorous levels, while iron aids in the formation of hemoglobin, the molecule in red blood cells that carries oxygen. Just like humans, always watch their weight and their rice intake.

Carrots - Excellent source of vitamin A, potassium, and fiber, among other vitamins.

Chayote - They are not only safe for our dogs but can also be a healthy addition to our dog's diet. They are a good source of dietary fiber, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, vitamin C and Choline.
Beans - Rich in fiber and have some protein, too.

Moringa/Malunggay - For the excellent condition of our pets' overall health, coat, skin and teeth! This is a wonder gulay!

Bitter Gourd/Ampalaya - It is low in fat and is a good source of vitamins A and C, and folate. It can be fed raw or cooked. If cooking bitter melon, it's best to serve it plain and avoid any ingredients which may be harmful to dogs

Pechay - These are packed with nutrients that fight cellular aging.
Leafy greens (most of them, at least) also help pets in the proper digestion of food and elimination of waste.
