1.) All Patient must undergo mandatory complete blood count (CBC)
*Blood Chemistry for Patient 2 years old and above
2.) Pets weighing more than 10kg above will be charge P300/kg added on Surgery
3.) Additional P500 for first dose of long acting anti-biotic (Optional)
*P 500 for the second dose of long acting anti-biotic
4.) Additional fee may apply on special cases like pyometra, abortion and undescended testicle.
5.) Patient should be healthy and not be under medications/treatment
6.) Patient must be atleast 6 months of age
