UPDATE: MAR 5 - WOODY

Today marks the 7 days of woody in the clinic. Heto rin ang araw na binigay ng doctor upang malaman ang condition ni Woody...

Kaninang umaga tayo ay nakatanggap ng mensahe galing sa kanyang doctor from Biyaya Animal Care - Mandala. Di ko maitatago na ako ay nakaramdam ng takot at pangamba 🥺. Umaasa na maayos ang lahat 🙏🏻.

Si woody ay sumailalim sa another xray upang makasigurado sa gagawin na operasyon sa kanya. Base sa resulta, ang kabilang bahagi (L) ng leg ay dislocated rin. Sanhi na hindi makagalaw ang kalahating bahagi ng katawan ni woody. Malaking halaga ang kailangan para sa gagawin na operation.

Sa kabuuan, magsasagawa ng dalawang magkasabay na operation si Woody 😥😔.

- Right leg amputation - P22,300
- Left leg femoral correction - approximate P18,000
- Daily confinement - P1,500

Woody...sabi ng doctor mo... nagpapakita ka ng lakas... araw-araw.. pinapakita mo na masigla ka...maganang kumain... hindi ka man nakapagsasalita.. pero marahil ito ang paraan mo para ipahatid sa amin ang iyong pagpapasalamat 🥺🙏🏻.

Patuloy kaming aasa na sa tulong ng mga taong nakababasa ng kwento mo.. at sa mga mga nagtitiwala sayo... hindi kami mawawalan ng pag-asa na magawa ang operation mo... sana bigyan mo pa kami ng chance na maparamdam namin sayo ang pagkakataon na mabigyan ka namin ng maayos na buhay...

UPDATE: Feb 28 - ABOUT WOODY - Greenwoods rescue dog

Yesterday was a heart breaking scene ng makita namin si Woody... nasa gater ng daanan, tirik ang araw, at nalililiman lang na maliit na silong na nagmumula sa isang sira na pintuan...

Sa loob ng isang linggong paghihintay, tiniis nya ang hirap... hirap makagalaw... hirap makapagsalita... kapos na tinig... walang pumapansin sa tindi ng sakit na kanyang nararanasan...

Mahirap ang pagkuha kay Woody marahil sa sakit na dulot na kanyang naranasan. Sakit na dulot na dala ng kalupitan ng tao...

Habang kami ay bumabaybay patungong clinic. Tahimik po si woody... nakapahinga.. nakatulog pansamantala.. dala na marahil sa lamig ng loob ng sasakyan na ni minsan ay hindi nya naranasan sa buong buhay nya 😥.

Salamat sa Grab driver na hindi tumangging kami ay tanggapin 🙏🏻.

Base sa diagnosis kay Woody.

Malaking halaga ang kinakailangan ni Woody. Mahabang proseso ng gamutan bago pa sya makabalik at manumbalik ang lakas.

Hello! Pier's Pet Camp is here to inspire you to make a difference in the community. We are dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating stray animals and finding them loving homes.

Animal cruelty is still a major problem, which is why Pier's Pet Camp has established an animal shelter for stray animals.

Our goal is to provide them with the love and care they deserve and make a difference in their lives. We recognize the dire need for assistance and are committed to making a positive impact.

Despite all our efforts, we still need a larger facility to accommodate the growing demand for assistance. We believe that with your help, we can create a safe haven for these animals and ensure that they are never mistreated again.

Let's collaborate to complete the construction of the shelter. Much more is needed to build the home of the voiceless.
